REPORTING AND EXCUSING STUDENT ABSENCES-If a parent or guardian wishes to report and/or excuse a student absence, please call the attendance line – available 24 hours a day – by dialing the main school telephone number 902-384-2320 and pressing “1.” In order for an absence to be excused, we must receive notice within three school days of the absence. Emails and calls to the main office line will not be accepted.

MAIN OFFICE REMINDER-The Administrative Assistant, Ms. Deale, is away from her desk from 12-1PM. If you call the school and leave a message during this time, please be aware, it will not be retrieved until after 1PM. Ms. Deale is also on break from 3:15-3:30pm and calls made during this time will be retrieved after 3:30pm.

TABLE TENNIS-The following Mondays are scheduled for play at the school. May 2 & 9, 2022 from 6:30-8pm.

PRE CAL 12 PERMISSION FORMS-All students formerly in Ms. McInnis' PreCalculus 12 class are reminded to pick up their permission form for the escape room, and return it to her no later than May 9th. Make with the hasty.

LOST & FOUND-Lost & Found items have been organized and placed on tables for students to check for any items that belong to you. Please be sure to take a look asap as any remaining items will be donated to charity on Friday May, 6th.

BOYS SOFTBALL-There will be a final boys softball tryout today.

SENIOR GIRLS BASKETBALL FUNDRAISER-The Senior girls basketball team is doing an in-school fundraiser to raise money for the purchase of new basketball jerseys for next school year. On Monday’s, the Team will be taking pre-orders and payment (outside of the gym during lunch break) for a breaded chicken burger and drink to have at lunch on Tuesday’s. A chicken burger & drink combo will be $4.00. Extra chicken burgers can be purchased for $3. As part of the fundraiser on Monday's the team will be selling Skittles for $2!!

PROM-There will be a PROM Committee meeting on Monday, May 9th in room 2303 at lunch.

YEARBOOK-There is a Yearbook meeting at lunch today in room 2215.
