BOTTLE REFILL STATIONS-MRHS is equipped with bottle refill stations. To help reduce our ecological footprint, students are reminded to please bring their own water bottles to school to refill as necessary throughout the day. Thank You!

DO YOU HAVE YOUR SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER?-If not a representative from Service Canada will be at MRHS from 11am-2pm in room 2204 on Tuesday, October 17th. You will require your original birth certificate and another piece of ID (health card) to apply for your SIN. The process is open to both students and younger children of staff if you don’t have your child/ren’s SIN and it only takes a few minutes. JUNIOR GIRLS VOLLEYBALL-There will be Jr Girls Volleyball Tryouts happening this Friday, October 13th afterschool from 3:00-4:30pm. See Ms. Singer if you have any questions.

SENIOR BOYS SOCCER-The Sr Boys finished the regular season with a win against Pictou Academy with a score of 5-2. Their next game is a must win to advance to regionals, so good luck boys!!

SENIOR GIRLS SOCCER-The Senior Girls soccer team played an excellent game against Pictou, resulting in a 0-0 tie. Our last regular season game will be today on our home field.

JUNIOR GIRLS SOCCER-The Junior Girls Soccer team was defeated by a score of 6-0 by Ecole Acadienne de Truro despite having no substitutes available. The girls actually played better as the game went along. Mr. Perrin was quite proud of the effort.
