REPORTING AND EXCUSING STUDENT ABSENCES-If a parent or guardian wishes to report and/or excuse a student absence, please call the attendance line – available 24 hours a day – by dialing the main school telephone number 902-384-2320 and pressing “1.” In order for an absence to be excused, we must receive notice within three school days of the absence. Emails and calls to the main office line will not be accepted.

MAIN OFFICE REMINDER-The Administrative Assistant, Ms. Deale, is away from her desk from 12-1PM. If you call the school and leave a message during this time, please be aware, it will not be retrieved until after 1PM. Ms. Deale is also on break from 3:15-3:30pm and calls made during this time will be retrieved after 3:30pm.

MRHS COMMUNITY BADMINTON-Community Badminton takes place on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm for all interested.  The cost to play is $1 per person nightly to help offset the cost of shuttles. Come out and enjoy, everyone is welcome! New COVID regulations apply.

TABLE TENNIS-Students have until 3pm today to sign up for school table tennis. On Monday, March 21, 2022 there will be a practice for table tennis players either after school (3-4pm) or in the evening session (6:30-8pm). Students can choose to attend one or both sessions.

JUNIOR GIRLS BASKETBALL-The Jr. Girls basketball team lost their game against Hants North yesterday. Ms. Payne is proud of the hustle and hard work the team showed despite playing a tough team. Keep up the great work ladies! There will be a Jr. Girls basketball team meeting at recess in Ms. Payne's room.
