REPORTING AND EXCUSING STUDENT ABSENCES-If a parent or guardian wishes to report and/or excuse a student absence, please call the attendance line – available 24 hours a day – by dialing the main school telephone number 902-384-2320 and pressing “1.” In order for an absence to be excused, we must receive notice within three school days of the absence. Emails and calls to the main office line will not be accepted.

MAIN OFFICE REMINDER-The Administrative Assistant, Ms. Deale, is away from her desk from 12-1PM. If you call the school and leave a message during this time, please be aware, it will not be retrieved until after 1PM. Ms. Deale is also on break from 3:15-3:30pm and calls made during this time will be retrieved after 3:30pm.

MRHS COMMUNITY BADMINTON-Community Badminton takes place on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm for all interested.  The cost to play is $1 per person nightly to help offset the cost of shuttles. Come out and enjoy, everyone is welcome! New COVID regulations apply.

MRHS SPIRIT WEEK ACTIVITIES-There will be choice activities Friday afternoon from 1-3pm. Please sign up on the bulletin board by the main stairwell by Thursday at  3pm. If you do not sign up you will be placed in an activity. Attendance will be taken. 

JUNIOR BOYS BASKETBALL-The Junior boys basketball team plays a game at Hants North today at 6pm. Please check in with Ms.Carroll to confirm your transportation.

TABLE TENNIS-Students have Thursday and Friday to sign up for school table tennis. On Monday, March 21, 2022 there will be a practice for table tennis players either after school (3-4pm) or in the evening session (6:30-8pm). Students can choose to attend one or both sessions.
