TABLE TENNIS-Congratulations to all students who represented MRHS yesterday at the Northumberland Regional Table Tennis Championships. The intermediate Girls team won the Intermediate Girls Division and will advance to Provincials. The Intermediate Boys team placed 2nd and the Senior Boys team finished tied for 3rd. In individual categories MRHS was 2nd in Sr Boys Individual Competition, in Intermediate Boys play MRHS finished in both 2nd and 3rd. In Junior Boys play MRHS finished 4th. The Intermediate Girls competition featured an all-Mustang final as Mustangs finished 1st and 2nd. MRHS has 4 individuals advancing to Provincials this year! Thanks very much to all student volunteers who helped register athletes, record scores and helped with the tournament in any way. Special thanks to coaches Isaac VanWychen, Wayne Erskine, Ms. Harnish and Mr. Fisher. Lastly a huge thank you to Mr. Fisher for all of the work behind the scenes in organizing the tournament.
